Rencently, we have Russian customer developed new programme for this fluid bed dryer and granulator.
Funtion for the equiment:
Mixing, granulating, drying and dusting multi-component mixtures.
Advantages: (for this new programme : fluid bed dryer and granulator)
1) Our Electrical elements are Siemens and frequency converters are Schneider ; PLC and touch screen is Siemens; Pneumatic elements are Japan SMC;
2) Our motors are Explosion-Proof; our fans are centrifugal, low noise, shock-proof;
3) With PID control，we can set at random and adjust automatically the air temperature
4) With adoption of Siemens proportioning regulator valve， we can control the temperature accuracy at ±2℃
5) Our FG/FL chambers are all anti 2 bar system
6) Our FG/FL is with top granulating, thermal insulation mixing tank, peristaltic pump of high quality, which can be frequency controlled
7）Our FG/FL is with Alarm failure prompt, Emergency stop
8) Our FG/FL is with the Finland imported PTD-3D Multi-fiber combination antistatic filter cloth bags
9) Our FG/FL is with printer
10）Our FG/FL is with online sampling device
